Sodura Chair Giveaway

I don’t think anything makes you more conscious about the environment than having a baby. Not only do we want to leave the earth in better condition for the next generation, but we want to surround our kids with things that aren’t full of crap when we can.

Sodura is a kids furniture company that considers both when creating these amazing pieces for our little minions. Established in January of 2011, their goal is to provide practical and functional furniture made of the highest quality available.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Walmart, man, do I love me some Walmart, but there are times when I want something that is truly well made, truly green and something that has staying power – both from a construction stand point and style stand point.

So when Carmen from Sodura sent me an email asking to do a giveaway for one of their Aero Chairs, I was all over it.

This little chair certainly has a lot going for it. Check it out:

  • It is made in the USA
  • It has eco friendly water based finishes
  • It uses no formaldehyde glues
  • It’s easy to assemble
  • It comes in natural, cocoa, white or custom colors
  • It is made of solid wood construction

Not to mention this “kid’s” chair can easily support the weight of an adult (Don’t go putting some 800lb person on it with a piano crane then write me letters. My point is that it’s sturdy.)

Are they cheap? No. Are they something that your great-grandchildren can sit on? You bet and I have no doubt that the timeless style of this sucker will still hold up.

Would you like one? Of course. I bet your great-grandchildren would too.

Well, you can win your very own Aero Chair from Sodura. All you have to do is leave a comment below and I’ll pick a random winner next Wednesday, September 12th. You must live in Canada or the U.S. to win (unless you know a distant relative here that can ship it to you, “Hello, Aunt Mary? You may remember me from Uncle Jim’s 80th birthday party…”)

You can also find these guys on Twitter, Facebook and, my personal obsession, Pinterest.

Good luck!
