200 Perfect Teddy Bear Names

By Kayla Young

Chances are, one of the first gifts you received when you announced you were expecting was some kind of stuffed animal. It’s pretty likely that you had one growing up, too. In a poll of Pregnant Chicken readers, 75% of you said that you had a special teddy bear that was always at your side as a kid, and some of you shared that you still have that bear to this day. Although today’s kids seem to be a little less likely to have a bear specifically, about 75% of folks polled said that their kid has an animal of some sort that they can’t live without.

Part of the fun of having a stuffed animal is picking out the perfect name for it, and, as a parent, you might have big plans for the special moniker you’re going to attach to your kid’s new forever best friend. We’ve rounded up a list of 200 ideas for you to try on for size - just don’t be surprised when your kid ends up calling it “Mr. Bear” (kids are nothing if not wildly unpredictable.)
