Woohoo! Halfway point! Do a victory lap around the block! Ha, no, fuck that noise, you do what you want, you’ve earned it, bud. Between constipation, heartburn, snoring, headaches, dizziness, leg cramps, nausea, constant peeing, extra spit and sore boobs, you’ve had a long haul.
The good news is that your baby is weighing in at about eleven ounces and measuring six and a half inches which is the length of an American dollar and the weight of 50 quarters (I did that math by myself so double check that stat). Your baby would be worth around $18,298 if it was gold. Aw hell yeah, but you’re worth way more than that, money baby!
You also may have noticed that money baby likes to eat. Hunger is pretty common right now because your baby is doing some serious growing. If you’re finding that heartburn and indigestion are a problem, break your meals down and eat more often but in smaller portions (easy for me to say when money baby is demanding a whole chocolate cake in one sitting).
20 Weeks Pregnant Cheat Sheet:
- Your baby is sucking their thumb and sleeping and waking now – you might even be able to feel kicks.
- If you’re having a girl, she has developed ovaries with tiny eggs so theoretically you could also be carrying your grandchildren now. Nutty or what?
- Your baby is around 6 and a half inches long (16 cm) and weighs about 11 ounces (320 grams).
- You have around 140 days before you give birth.
How many months is 20 weeks pregnant?

Make a birth plan. Nothing major. Just a short page or paragraph on what you'd like your birth to look like. Check out 5 Reasons to Create a Birth Plan, Even Though Birth Never Actually Goes to Plan.
